Thanks for the fascinating presentation. I've lived in southern California for nearly 65 years but I've never visited this sea cave. There's one of the longest sea caves in the world (one quarter mile long) at the Channel Islands off the coast of Santa Barbara. It can only be accessed by boat and a colony of Sea Lions lives in the distant end. It's an interesting cave because it's a lava tube that was formed by volcanic activity, which accounts for its great size and enormous length. Water pressure is .4 psi per vertical foot. Adding 10 ft of water depth adds only 4 psi at the BOTTOM. If that was the problem then the dam was very poorly under built initially. Look up water pressure.

I was stationed here at george in 1977 and c thexday icleft this was a bustling thriving air firce base .in 1978 . All these building weŕc new then and the hodpital saw hundreds of Patients each day. There were memories created there that remain Fresh even today. I makes it hard to view what i see here. I met my first love here and all this mskes me feel very old . I was here when I was was 17 in the 35th services Squadron icsulute the memory of all who served asmerica here. I am now old . I am urning 65 in july and my body is hurting and old when at one time i was here and vibrant .bicwas young . I do not believe i will live much longer but i can say thìs with all the time a person is given live your life in v the light , live honestly , create memoríes and not regrets . Love the lord god, and his son christ jesus. Respect and honor c your mother and father.and love your country ,be an asset not a liability. Treat everyone with respect . Great Video! I went there for my first time in 2017 with a group of friends at night, had to park at the location next door and trek in. Seeing the first building appear in the darkness for the first time was absolutely surreal, something that stuck with me however is when approaching it we all got a bit quiet to kind of take it in (also were trying to be quiet as we were on the trail after hours and the campus police do frequently check in there). When being quiet we heard a "shhh" we all freaked out but our friend who took us there calmed us down and assured it was probably a bird. Didn't really think anything of it but what bird makes a shh sound? Also was curious if you guys were able to find the well there? I found it once in 2018 but was never able to retrace my steps.
